Raw Almond Bliss Balls

Ingredients-
1 cup raw almonds
12 fresh pitted dates or dried and soaked in hot water for 2hrs
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut and 1 cup to roll in
1 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 Tbsp coconut nectar or 100% pure maple syrup

Chocolate Drizzle
1/4 cup organic cacao powder
¼ cup organic coconut oil softened
2-3 tbsp pure maple

Directions-
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or blender
Process until ingredients form a sticky dough
Lay out a piece of baking paper to set your finished balls on, and fill a shallow dish with 1 cup of the shredded coconut to roll the balls in.
When finished processing, roll the dough with your hands into 1.5 inch balls and place into the shallow dish of coconut, rolling to evenly coat. Place finished ball on the baking paper.
In a microwave safe dish, melt ¼ cup of coconut oil until it is in liquid form.
Add in cacao powder & pure maple. Whisk to thoroughly combine.
Dip balls individually into the chocolate mixture, then place balls in the fridge to allow chocolate to harden.
Store finished balls in refrigerator until ready to serve.
